About Tasty Trails
Hi! I’m Simone, enthusiastic cyclist, food lover and Tasty Trails founder and guide. My journey with bike tours started over 15 years ago, when I ran my first bike tour company in Luxembourg (FEEL! Bike Tours).
Today, I live in the charming town of Oudewater, right in the heart of the Dutch countryside known as het Groene Hart - a beautiful, peaceful region filled with waterways, farmlands, and historic villages. It’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the rhythm of rural life
I started Tasty Trails because the region deserves to be more widely explored by visitors and I it makes me happy to give you a memorable day.

"We had a lovely weekend in Oudewater, and to make it even better Simone took us out for a ride on the bike. With her charms, enthusiasm and humor she took us trough the beautiful Green Heart which was sunny and shining that Sunday. Simone told us interesting stories about the old little towns and villages, we cycled through the typical and lovely Dutch countryside were we stopped at cute little stalls near some farmhouses. This really was a perfect activity for our group to have time to chat with each other, being active and learn, all in the same time. Simone was our perfect guide, we can really recommend to cycle along with Simone when you visit Oudewater!"
